HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

STEP ONE
The first step to you getting an online quote is to register as a new customer (If you have already registered you do not need to do this again, just login). Click on “Register” on the Main Menu Bar and follow through the steps to register. Once you have finished the registration process click on the “Continue” button.

STEP TWO
Click on “Apparel” on the Main Menu Bar to begin browsing the products you want to add to your quote. You can also access the products through the search box at the top of the page by searching for either the product codes or descriptions. Another way to access the products is by selecting one of the categories down the left side of the page.

STEP THREE
Select the category you would like for example “JACKET”. To add products to your quote you need to click on the product image or description for the product you would like, this brings up the product details and shows the sizes and colours available at the bottom of the page. Enter the sizes you would like along the line that matches the colour you want (if you do not know the exact size try to estimate them as you can change them if you decide to go ahead with the order). If you would like the same product in a number of different colours these can all be added at the same time. Once you have finished selecting the sizes and colours you would like click on the “ADD TO CART” button.

STEP FOUR
This will bring up the “What’s in My Cart” Page. Confirm that the details are correct, if they are and you wish to add more products to your quote click on the “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button, if you do not want to add any more products please click on the “SAVE OR QUOTE” button to proceed with the quote. If any of the details on the “What’s in My Cart” Page are incorrect you can amend the quantities directly on this page or tick the box to the left of the product if you would like to remove the item, once you have made any changes click on the “UPDATE” button to update the page and then click on the “SAVE OR QUOTE” button to proceed with the quote.

STEP FIVE
The “Save my Cart” page will have appeared. This part gives you the option of changing the quote name so that you can add a description like your team, department, event or job name. This helps if you are intending to do multiple quotes. Once you have changed the quote name (or left it as it was) click on “SAVE”.

STEP SIX
The “My Saved Carts” page will have appeared, select the quote you have just saved from the list by clicking on it (if this is this first quote or saved order you have done it should be the only one there). Click on the “PRINT QUOTE” button, it will open the quote so that you can view it, if this is correct click on the print icon on your web browser tool bar, or select “Print” from your “File” menu in the top left corner of your screen.

STEP SEVEN
You should now have a printed copy of your quote. At a later stage you can reprint copies of this quote by logging on and go to the bottom left corner of the page to “My Saved Carts” your quote will be listed here, click on the quote you want from the list, you then have the option to either “PRINT QUOTE” or go to the “CHECKOUT” to purchase this order.
