How do I register?

To do this you need to log in, and select “My Account” from the main menu bar, then select “change my account password” this will prompt you to confirm your old password, enter your new password and then click on the “Continue” button.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
To do this you need to select “My Account” from the main menu bar, then select “Password Forgotten? Click here”, then enter you email address and click on the “Continue” button. We will send you a new password to your email account. The next time you log in if you want to change your password, follow the instructions for “I want to change my password, what do I do”.
How do I get samples of your products?
We can send you a sample of each of the items you are interested in up to $200.00. To do this you need to register as a customer ( www.b2bclothing.com.au/create_account.php ), add the products to your cart and proceed to the checkout, in the comments box add that they are “SAMPLES” and then we can send these out to you. Then you can either return them within seven working days to receive a credit or you can keep them and send us a cheque. “To receive a credit, returns must be received back in their original packaging within 7 working days at Level 5, Edgecliff Centre, 203-233, New South Head Rd, Edgecliff, NSW, 2027.

Some of my details are incorrect, how do I change them?
To do this you need to log in, and select “My Account” from the main menu bar, then select “view or change my account information” this will prompt you to review your details and then click on the “Continue” button once you have made the changes. If the details that were incorrect were you address details please select “view or change entries in my address book”, update the address details and click on the “Continue” button.
How do I save an order?
After you have added the products you want to your cart click on the “SAVE OR QUOTE” button. The “Save my Cart” page will have appeared. This page gives you the option of changing the name of your saved order so that you can add a description like your team, department, event or job name. This helps if you are intending to save a number of orders. Once you have changed the quote name (or left it as it was) click on “SAVE”.
How do I reopen a saved order or quote?
Log on and go to the bottom left corner of the page to “My Saved Carts” your saved orders and quotes will be listed here, click on the one you want from the list, you then have the option to either “PRINT QUOTE” or go to the “CHECKOUT” to purchase this order.
How do I convert a quote or saved order into an order?

How do I open a credit account?
Register as a new customer, our first two purchases are on a cash basis, after you have placed these orders please contact us if you would like to apply to open an account.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once we have received payment for your order, you should receive the order within in 2 to 5 working days (subject to products not being out of stock).
How can I check the status of my order?
Log on, go to “My Account” on the main menu bar, and select the order you want to check on from the list of pending orders to see its status. If you need more information or something is incorrect please contact us.
What is your returns policy?
Products (including samples) returned to B2B Clothing for credit are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The products must be returned to our physical address within seven (7) working days from the purchase date.
- The products must be in a condition matching that of which they were shipped and in the case of pre-packaged products, in the same packaging as received (including tags attached to the products).
- Products cannot be returned once they have been customised in any way, including being embroidered or screen-printing.
- In the unlikely event that you have received a product in error that you did not order, please return it to us and we will credit you and reimburse you for reasonable postage of the products back to us.
- In the event that there is a fault with a product that we are responsible for we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund including reasonable postage.

Contact us with the details of the product including the brand name (check the label in the garment) and any other information you have for the product and we will try and supply it to you.

Contact us with what your total annual purchases are likely to be and we will review your account to see if you have got the pricing level that best matches you purchases.
How accurate are the product descriptions, images & colour swatches
We attempt to be as accurate as possible, if you are not satisfied with a product upon receiving it please refer to our returns policy.
How can I get my products embroidered?
When you checkout tick the box that says “Would you like us to contact you about personalising your products with embroidery”. Or if you have an existing company that does your customising, you can add your embroidery and screen-printing companies address details to your address book and have the products delivered directly to them. (See instructions under “Can I send orders to more than one address”).
I like a product but need it in a different colour or size, can you do this?
Contact us with the details of the product and colour that you need and we will try and supply it to you. The ranges on the website are a stock range, so any different colours or sizes need to be made and are subject to minimum quantities. If you need a specific colour or size that is not available on our web site we will be able to suggest alternatives that fit your needs.
Can I send orders to more than one address?
Yes you can, you can set up five different address. If you want to have your own embroidery or screen-printing done you can set up their details and have the products delivered to them directly. To do this you need to log in, and select “My Account” from the main menu bar, then select “view or change entries in my address book”, click on the “Add Address” button, enter the address details and click on the “Continue” button.
Can you send me a hard copy of your catalogue?
Contact us and we can send you a hard copy of the catalogue you need, please indicate which products you are interested in so we can send you the right catalogue.
